Our company is uniquely positioned in that we are both vertically and horizontally integrated, which will close efficiency gaps through streamlined communication and interconnected IT systems, as well as being intimately tapped into related markets, which will help expand our network and ability to find the best opportunities for your investment portfolio. 

Our philosophy is to move quickly and keep things simple, while not sacrificing quality of services. We believe in the importance of not just providing excellent returns to our investors, but also in funding medical research or technological advancements, enriching not just our wallets, but our hearts as well for a wholesome investing experience.  

Investment Strategy 

We look for value-add or opportunistic real estate deals in the marketplace, searching for performance gaps that present some of the best opportunities around. We do occasionally invest in more stable, core-plus investments as well for stability and to provide a more diversified portfolio. Our areas of expertise are in multifamily and mixed-use properties. 

We are not your typical syndication company, as we also utilize in-house mortgage and insurance brokering services. This provides an advantage for finding not only the best deals on real estate properties, but also in finding the best possible lending and insurance options for those deals. Property management and asset management is also in-house providing direct reports. We use a portfolio immunization strategy, which further enhances investor returns.
